In converting inline math expressions
into gif files, the TechWriter -> HTML
save mechanism takes no account of when
two expressions are identical. That can
lead to an explosion of thousands of gif
files, even for quite short documents.
!Minin I uses awk to massage the HTML
file and to rename and delete gif files.
